The Bella Collina Mansion was built beginning in 2005 as Stokesdale's most impressive and elegant private home.
Because the Bella Collina Mansion is a private home, the mansion is available for public events on a limited basis. This limited availability combined with the extraordinary popularity of the Bella Collina can frequently make finding an available date quite challenging. But take heart. We will do everything we can to find the perfect date for your perfect wedding.
Why is our venue pricing so affordable?
This is the one question we are asked most often and the answer is quite simple: The owners of the Bella Collina Mansion purposely made them that way. They want everyone to be able to enjoy the beauty and elegance of the home. In short, North Carolina's most elegant and romantic event location is also one of the most affordable. Now... the only problem is finding that date!
What About Those Pesky Extra Charges?
Frankly, we just don't have them. The family wants everyone to enjoy the mansion without the usual stress added by things like "Cake cutting fees", "Bottle uncorking fees," "Electrical usage fees," etc., etc., etc. Wouldn't it be wonderful if everything in life were this simple (and affordable)?
The Bella Collina Mansion offers "all inclusive" packages to make your day absolutely perfect. The best thing any bride and groom can do is visit the mansion. This will allow you to choose a setting that is perfect for you... Once we choose a setting, we will sit with you and discuss pricing based on your wedding size.
Other vendors associated with the program with have additional charges, but those charges are made known upfront. For instance, a certain amount of flowers comes in the package. However, you may want to add to that. Hors d'oeuvres are not included in cocktail hour. If you choose to add something, this would be an upcharge. If you book at least ten rooms with our hotel, we will provide transportation to and from for up to eleven guests. You may purchase more shuttles if necessary. Photographers have engagement and bridal shoots you can add to your package. As a package, we do not believe in upcharges. Although we know many people differ and will add many things to their package with their associated vendors.

It is easier to tell you what this package doesn't include... This package does not include your wedding dress, your tuxedo, a marriage license, your cake or personalizing the event with decorations... But if you can handle that, you can easily get married at Bella Collina Mansion with everything you need.

Photography
One of our Preferred Emerald photographers for this package on site for eight hours
Rights to the edited images returned within six weeks of the wedding

A décor package which will include the following:
Centerpieces throughout! Imagine those tablescapes with either black or white lanterns intertwined with a large soft LED candle for the ambiance that captures simple romance.
Disc Jockey
Six hours of DJ Entertainment
2 Wireless microphones and professional sound system for the ceremony
Unlimited pre-event consultations.

Please keep in mind, these are packages. Due to the term "Packages" most of the pricing is based on a head count.
We need a rough head count, which package you are interested in and any a la carte services in order to price a package out for you.
It truly helps to schedule a tour, this will allow you to become comfortable with the space.
During your tour we will explain the four packages to you, in person. We will also take the time to answer all of your questions.

Capturing the "Day of Your Life" in High Definition
Coverage from start to finish - Unobtrusive filming -One form of a tangible or electronic product with menu and scene selection using broadcast quality High Definition cameras (1080p) and microphones. The video service starts two hours before the Ceremony and ends with the departure of the couple. Total amount of videography is eight hours. We begin by filming location shots at the wedding venue to set the scene. We then record the ceremony and reception; filming will continue until you depart. The ceremony will be uncut and you will receive all of the footage. All other footage will be edited providing you will about an hour of edited footage. The total footage will include if permitted, dancing, toasts, cake cutting, and more... including a teaser trailer.
We host up to one hundred and seventy five guests if you so choose to have that many. We will be happy to schedule a tour so you may walk through Bella Collina, as that is the only way to know if this is the best venue for you.
