 JUST BOOK IT!
If you're anything like me, you are reading these reviews wondering if you should take the dive and put a deposit down for that date you found on Bella's website after stumbling upon them online and wondering if it's too good to be true. Me and my fiancé spent a lot of time looking at venues online, only to be disappointed by the price, value for what you get, hidden costs, restrictions, and generally complicated process. When we found Bella, we were nervous to book because we hadn't even toured in person yet but had watched the online tour video. The next day I called about 10 times and Erin was super responsive and answered all my questions and I felt good enough to book. Best. Decision. Ever. I am a very busy with work and the process of wedding planning seemed very daunting on a short timeline (8 months!), but Bella made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be, but without cutting corners on quality. The staff and all the vendors went above and beyond leading up to the date and on our wedding day, ready to handle special requests as well. There is a lot I could say about our wedding day, but I will summarize that it was truly the happiest day of my life, not only because I married my best friend surrounded by loved ones, but also because Bella Collina is so gorgeous and and the staff runs the whole day so smoothly. We were blessed with beautiful weather, but the venue's indoor options are so beautiful and unique that it would not have been a huge deal at all even if it had rained (which was a big concern for me choosing venues). Many of our guests told me that it was one of their favorite weddings that they have ever attended. I have zero regrets and my only wish is that I could go back in time and re-live the day! Huge thank you to Erin who was just amazing to work with and made the whole process so wonderful. If you are looking for the best value for your money in NC, you've found it. 

 My wife and I had our wedding this October at the Bella Collina, and we can truly say that not only is this one of the most beautiful venues you will ever find, but that the Bella Collina team makes planning your wedding and organizing your vendors very convenient.  They offer all inclusive packages on their weddings, and they are incredibly flexible with the pricing if you want to bring in vendors not connected to them.

Now, back to the actual location, we cannot overstate how beautiful the mansion is, surrounded by the lake and the trees.  The mansion itself is also fantastic, and makes your wedding feel like home.  There is so much more that could be said, but it can be summarized easily: this is where you want your wedding to be. 

 Superb customer focus, premium levels of professionalism and proactive responsiveness is alive and thriving at Bella Collina! If you are looking for a once in a life time experience for your wedding and reception, you owe it to yourself to sit down and share your vision with Joe at Bella Collina.  It is the venue where visions come to life!
The night before our wedding, we were looking at a less than favorable weather forecast.  Joe assured us the team at Bella Collina would be able to accommodate us with a shift to the beautiful indoor facility.  We were disappointed but quickly saw the shift would be transparent to us in its implementation and it will still be wonderful.
The next day the clouds began to break, Joe felt we could still have an outdoor wedding on his beautiful deck overlooking the stunning view of the lake.  In what seemed like minutes, chairs were in place and things were beginning to come together.  It was a compromise but the essence of an outdoor ceremony seemed to be happening after all.
We went to our bride and groom quarters and began getting ready and preparing for our preliminary photo and video sessions.  However, with the Bella Collina staff, our vision was still foremost in their minds.
A final shift in the weather occurred while we were getting ready and despite the amount of work that had already taken place, Joe made one final shift in the setup.  Instead of rationalizing a decision based on the amount of work or the time to implement, he maintained a focus on what we wanted.  In no time, our vision appeared after all.  Almost magically, we looked out on the beautiful lawn with the shimmering lake as its background, and our vision was nearly complete -- only our guests were missing.
Professional to the highest level, top notch value and always flexible to our needs . . . a wonderful group to work with.  Surpassed all our high expectations.  We think of them of our friends now and hope you will too.
