The last time we opened submissions, the response was unreal: 1,330,030 votes. That’s over a million people reading stories, cheering couples on, and watching it all unfold.
This is not your standard “like, share, and tag” giveaway. This is the one people remember. If you win, you don’t just win a wedding – you win an experience of a lifetime, just like the four couples before you.
Your story could be shared, news stations could be reporting it, and media outlets across the country could be talking about you. Social feeds light up, friend requests roll in, and suddenly you’re doing interviews about your love story.

We’re looking for the most deserving couple to win the Bella Collina Wedding Experience. Tell us your story below.
You'll have your reception meal catered in from an experienced caterer that believes in giving back. The meal will include one main entrée and two sides, along with sweet tea, unsweetened tea, water and lemonade for up to 75 people.
Flowers – A giving designer will work with you to design one large bouquet and one large boutonniere, along with four smaller bouquets and four smaller boutonnieres. This will also include mom and dad on both sides and a toss bouquet.
DJ – You will be gifted the services of an experienced and energetic DJ who will be your MC for your wedding. Your DJ will read your crowd to provide an awesome cocktail hour and bring the party to your reception!
Photography – This one is huge! We have the absolute best to capture and document your day. This will include eight hours of photography and the rights to the edited images six weeks after the wedding. Your images will hold a special place in your heart and they will be superb!
Wedding Cake – You will work with a wedding cake designer to build an outstanding, mind-blowing three-tier buttercream design that will wow your guests. You may have three different flavors if you choose. This cake will feed up to 75 people.
Rentals – The rental company will provide linens (colors of your choice), napkins, place settings, chairs, tables and more!
Coordination – You'll have someone with you the entire way! You'll have an on-site coordinator so you don't have to think of everything—someone who will build you an itinerary, go over all the details with you, solidify everything with your vendors and run the wedding day. No stone will go unturned and your coordinator will ensure your day is so beautiful!
Venue – The Bella Collina Mansion will be your venue! The historic Bella Collina Mansion has been restored and its original beauty is evident. You'll be part of this history on your wedding day! From the beauty inside to the beauty outside, the Bella Collina Mansion will encapsulate you and bring you back in time when things were a bit more simple. With ten acres of land, there are plenty of amazing photo opportunities!

The top ten couples will need to be readily available for one day that they will need to meet with the judges to hear their story and ask questions. The judges will bring ten to three. The public brings three to one.
The top three will need to be available for a mini-engagement session, radio interviews, public media interviews and more.
The Bella Collina Wedding Experience is very involved and, in a way, it brings the public together. The two of you will work together to win. There will be ups and downs, but anyone who makes it to the top three will have an unforgettable experience!

These General Contest Rules are applicable to all contests (“Promotions”) conducted by Bella Collina Mansion and/or its subsidiaries (including licensee subsidiaries) (“IDS”) and should be read in conjunction with any contest-specific rules published by Bella Collina Mansion/Events or a particular contest.
There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Bella Collina Mansion may, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) described on-air and/or listed in the contest-specific rules and do not include taxes or any other expenses. Any tickets awarded as part of a prize will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer and are valid only on the date(s) the venue permits. Other restrictions may apply. The winner will need to be present to accept the prize.
Winner(s) must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or any required release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or winner(s) will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner(s) may be chosen. If a potential winner(s) cannot be contacted, fails to complete, sign and return any required affidavit or release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner(s) will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
Unless otherwise specified in the prize notification: (1) the winning couple must be at the Bella Collina Mansion on the morning of Valentine’s Day and (2) the winner(s) will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.
Contests are open to all legal U.S. residents. Employees of Dick Broadcasting Company, affiliates of Dick Broadcasting, its affiliated and subsidiary companies, contest co-sponsors and their advertising and promotional agents, employees of other radio stations and the members of the immediate families of anyone so employed, are ineligible to participate or enter. The promotion period may be specified in the Grand Prize rules. Multiple winners from the same household are not permitted. Individual contests may have different specific rules. Entry deadlines will be announced on air or online and in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Rules. Contestants may not be assisted or consulted by previous winners.
Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent including a winner’s full Social Security Number for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the venue conducting the Promotion (in combination with any prizes won in Promotions run by any other Triple B location) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Participating in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner’s and guest’s (where applicable) permission for Bella Collina Mansion or DBC or its agents to photograph, film and record each winner, and to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion or its sponsors for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and Bella Collina Mansion or DBC may, where legal, require a winner (and guest or travel companion, where applicable) to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure that their guest(s) or travel companion(s) sign and return any required release.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to grant DBC and Bella Collina Mansion and its radio stations a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, telecast, exhibit, rerun, reproduce, use, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit any items (including any photos, videos, audio, or written material) submitted as part of your contest entry (the “Materials”), or any portion thereof, in any manner and in any and all formats and media now known or hereafter devised, without payment to you or any third party; acknowledge that Bella Collina Mansion, DBC and its radio stations reserve the right, in their sole discretion, not to use the Materials at all; and represent and warrant that you have the full legal right, power and authority to grant that license and that the Materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, and depending on the nature of the prize and eligibility requirements of the Promotion, Bella Collina Mansion and DBC in their sole discretion may require verification of Promotion winner’s or winners’ identification by a showing of valid government-issued photo identification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating and/or accepting a prize, entrants, winner(s) and guests (if applicable) agree to release and hold harmless the station conducting the Promotion, its sponsor(s) and promotional partner(s), its advertising and promotion agencies, any social media platform utilized in the conduct of the Promotion (including but not limited to Facebook, Inc.) and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of each of them (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Promotion.
The station conducting the Promotion, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person (and all of their entries) from this Promotion if he or she tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion or the operation of the venue or station’s website, Facebook Page and/or any other social networking site used in the Promotion, or is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion, or any part of it, if it is not capable of completion as planned or if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond the station’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.
The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of a prize; entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet or other technical failures; or lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage-due, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or late entries. Further, the Released Parties are not responsible if any part of a Promotion prize cannot be awarded due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism or other factors beyond Bella Collina Mansion’s or DBC’s control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, you understand and agree that the Federal Arbitration Act applies to this agreement and any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration (not in a court of law), on an individual basis without resort to class action, and that any claims will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred. You waive rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these General Contest Rules or the contest-specific rules, including but not limited to the agreement to arbitrate, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Contest Rules, the contest-specific rules (if any), and the station’s Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the station’s Privacy Policy.
