Bella Collina is INCREDIBLE!!! My heart was set on this venue years ago. I didn't tour anywhere else. Joe and Erin made the entire experience so easy. I was never stressed about anything during the planning process with them. Day of Interviews allowed me to pick all my vendors all in one day, eliminating all the calling around and searching for people available on the same day. My wedding was a fairytale wedding. It was exactly what I dreamed about all those years ago when I fell in love with their venue. All my guests have commented on how incredible the staff of Bella Collina was. Even the smallest of details, they were on top of it. The day ran so smooth. Something was always going on to entertain our guests. At least half our guests have reached out to us to tell us that was the best wedding they had ever been too.

I feel obligated to tell everyone engaged couple I know to entrust their day to Bella Collina. There is NO WAY you will be disappointed. Everyone went above and beyond to make my day perfect! Not even one hiccup! I'm a Bella Bride for life!!

Brilliant!

There are no words to describe how insanely brilliant this team is..but i'm going to try! I just got married at Bella this past weekend, and it was such a crazy day with a few last minute hiccups, road closures, unexpected parade downtown, unforgiving mother nature, etc., and this team wasn't fazed at all...they continued to handle everything professionally and with such grace. I felt so safe and taken care of on my big day and I couldn't imagine a better place to get married. Kara, Erin, and Joe are wonderful and were always willing to go above and beyond to make my day perfect. Kara was ON POINT and I couldn't have asked for a more experienced, calm, and attentive day of supervisor! I highly recommend Brian Anthony Photography and Derrick at Siren Studies as they both went to GREAT LENGTHS to make sure I got every sweet moment captured inside/outside despite weather issues and time constraints. Again...this was the best day I have ever had and it wouldn't have been possible without the Bella Collina Team. Much love always.

Incredible in every way

This venue was THE BEST for our wedding. They have a whole system down that makes your wedding day run smoothly and efficiently.

INCREDIBLE IN EVERY WAY. Bella gave me the wedding of my dreams. From day 1 they were helping me plan and followed my ideas of having the traditional aspects of a wedding but making them my own. The vendors they provided were impeccable. All of my guests were AMAZED at the venue and how beautiful it was. I love this venue and the staff, thank you all for giving us our dream wedding and making it not only the best night of our lives but our guests as well! Every single one told us that was the BEST wedding/night of their lives.

My Dream Wedding Venue

I don't know where to start. Bella Collina Mansion is the place to wed at. Their ability to provide their couples with everything they need is top notch. Joe and Erin are an amazing team. We booked this venue 2yrs ago because we wanted to have it all. We wanted to ensure that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. They are so organized and beyond attentive. The setup was beautiful, the way that the entire Bella team worked with one another was amazing to watch. Our wedding was a dream that they helped make possible. We hired all of there recommended ppl. The Day of Interviews that they schedule helps to make that process a smooth and easy one. Joe and Erin leave no wedding planning stone unturned. I 100% recommend them and so does my wife. They are LGBTQIA+ friendly. They treated us amazingly well. Our bridal party had a grand time and they loved the way Bella moved. Our parents were pleased and felt that Bella went above and beyond to make the day so what it was. If you're thinking of getting married here, you will not regret it. The property alone will make you fall in love!!

The one stop shop that made our wedding dreams a reality

After visiting several wedding venues, we were dismayed by the services offered in association with the venues' costs and amenities. We were growing concerned we wouldn't find a venue offering the services, amenities & the date we wanted for our wedding. My sister previously attended a wedding @ Bella Collina (BC) & told us how beautiful the venue was. One afternoon, we drove to BC's location to "sneak a peek" & at first sight, we knew this was the venue for my wedding! The location is absolutely breathtaking, not to mention, inside the mansion with its vintage, Tuscany castle vibe. We prayed & God answered our prayers! From the moment of contract until the departure of our last guests on our wedding day, the staff at BC NEVER disappointed us! They were extremely professional and friendly; attentive & approachable; communicative & directive; extremely helpful, supportive & reassuring AND they listened to us and delivered! The technology- BOSS APP, made it extremely helpful to communicate with BC staff & our preferred vendors any time- day or night, knowing we would get a timely response to our questions or issues within 24 hours or less. The APP also provided many useful organizational tools-timelines, calendars & appointment reminders, budget information & invoices, etc., which we appreciated immensely! Because we are a seasoned couple, we desired a customized, non-traditional yet spiritual wedding experience. BC's selection of services, amenities & wedding packages offered in their all-inclusive menu exceeded our needs. During the day of interviews, the direction & planning tools we received immediately lowered my anxieties about planning & vendor selection for all our services & specialty needs. We felt BC knew the professional reputation of its vendors. After BC's staff spoke with us and understood our vision, the recommended vendors (DJ, photographer, caterer, florist, cake designer, rental supplier) matched our energy, engulfed our vision & worked phenomenally in our favor. I can't speak enough about how valuable the organization, coordination & consultant services from Erin and Kara were. Having a Type A personality and an over achiever mentality, I appreciate detail-orientation, punctuality, task completion, direct communication and active listening & Erin and Kara's personality styles blended perfectly with my type! Our wedding ceremony will forever be remembered by us, family, friends & guests as THE experience like no other, orchestrated by God with the help of Bella Collina. Bella Collina is truly the ONE STOP SHOP that made our wedding dreams a reality!
